Ayers House is a historic Colonial Regency and Victorian mansion located in Adelaide's East End at 288 North Terrace. The venue offers four primary event spaces: - The Conservatory: A Victorian-style glasshouse with rustic bluestone walls, sandstone columns, a fairy-light-lit ceiling, and its own entrance and bar. It accommodates up to 174 guests for sit-down dinners and 300 for cocktail receptions.
- The Ballroom: Features hand-painted ceilings with gold accents, crystal chandeliers, polished wooden floors, a large bay window, and private access to the front veranda. It hosts up to 70 guests for sit-down events and 100 for cocktails.
- Henry's Table: A plush space with modern vintage styling, soft colors, gilded details, and a period double fireplace. It includes Henry's Bar and access to the Banksia Room and a bridal retreat in the Drawing Room. It accommodates up to 80 guests for sit-down dining and 110 for cocktails.
- The Library: A historic room suited for smaller gatherings of up to 22 seated guests or 30 for cocktails.Additional facilities include a Garden Marquee for up to 350 seated guests, a Private Cellar Room with a pool table for 30 guests, and proximity to the Adelaide Botanic Gardens.
