Cleaver House is a wedding and event venue located in a historic building in West Perth, near the Perth CBD. The venue offers two distinct, fully air-conditioned function rooms with timeless features such as vintage windows and exposed rafters. The Gallery room accommodates 50 to 100 guests, while the Main Hall fits 100 to 200 people. The venue operates as a fully BYO space with an open vendor program for drinks, catering, and styling, though partner providers are also available. Facilities include an in-house audio system, a dedicated catering area, stylish bar areas, and an entrance lobby. Venue hire is exclusive, ensuring only one event runs during a booked time period. Rental discounts are currently available for 2026 event dates.
