TEN22 Boutique Venue is a restored industrial warehouse and former wrought iron manufacturing site located at 1022 South Road, Edwardstown, approximately 15 minutes south of the Adelaide CBD. Founded in 2014 by Nat and Dave Lands, the family-owned venue features a rustic and contemporary design with polished concrete floors, original iron entry gates, and a main space of approximately 220sqm that can be partitioned for intimacy. Interior styling includes an Italian vintage chandelier, Argentinian doors, palette installations, hanging foliage, festoon lighting, and sheer curtains.
The venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, including a fairy-lit garden courtyard for ceremonies and an urban laneway with a graffitied flower wall. Key features and policies include: - Capacity for up to 160 guests for both seated and cocktail-style events.
