The Ginger Group is the exclusive caterer for the National Arboretum Canberra, providing event services at the Village Centre, Margaret Whitlam Pavilion, and the Terrace Room and Discovery Garden. The Village Centre offers a flexible space suitable for wedding receptions and other large events, and is available for hire after hours from 6pm, Monday through Sunday.
Managed by Director Janet Jeffs, the catering team has over 20 years of experience and focuses on contemporary Australian cuisine using locally sourced, seasonal produce from within a 100-mile food shed. Key features and services include: - Professional event management and planning assistance
