Willow & Stone Estate is a private, luxury garden wedding venue located in Ballarat, Victoria, that offers an exclusive three-day, three-night weekend experience. The estate permits a maximum of 150 guests and hosts only one wedding per weekend to ensure complete privacy.
Key features and facilities of the venue include: - A clear 20m x 10m marquee with an automated awning system, dimmable festoon lighting, and an expansive outdoor or hardwood indoor dance floor.
- Multiple picturesque garden ceremony locations, including the Top Lawn and the Main Lawn, featuring towering willows, hidden gardens, and a tranquil creek.
- A luxury on-site wedding suite for three nights that accommodates up to five guests, alongside a separate grooming space known as The Cave and a moody cellar room for photography.
- A fully licensed on-site bar with various service styles and a show-stopping design.
- On-site amenities such as dedicated restroom facilities, directional signage, and discreet power and water access.Venue policies and services include: - Venue hire includes exclusive use of the estate from Friday morning to Monday afternoon, a wedding planning team, and on-day coordination.
- Starting in late 2025, hire also includes 60 ceremony chairs and cocktail hour furniture.
- Catering, reception furniture, styling, and entertainment are excluded from the standard hire fee.
- The venue allows pets under certain conditions and offers a wet-weather plan for all events.
- Bookings are recommended 18 months to 2 years in advance, with a 50% deposit required to secure a date.
